Return & Refund Policy

At Cranberry Creek Marina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and non-returnable items.
1. Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase (in-store) or the date of delivery (online orders) to return an item for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we can unfortunately offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, instructions, and accessories included. (e.g., Lures cannot have been in the water; reels cannot have line spooled by the customer).
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our business, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Live & Cut Bait: All bait sales are final.
- Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are final sale.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- Used Gear: Any equipment that shows signs of use, water damage, or wear and tear.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
5. Exchanges & Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, please contact us immediately.
Note: Manufacturer warranties for rods, reels, and electronics are often handled directly by the manufacturer. We are happy to assist you with that process.
